Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier service with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you are within Klang Valley, you may choose to pick up from our stores or arrange for installation by TBM.

We advise you to group your items in one order to reduce the processing time. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Pricing and Promotion

All prices and promotions indicated on this online platform are only applicable to customers who purchase directly from this platform (within the promotion period) and may not be applicable to those purchasing from other retail locations or platforms.

Payment

For on-time delivery, all payment must be made in full within 3 working days. Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (TBM) will not be responsible to ensure on-time delivery if full payment is not made within the specified period. TBM reserves the right to decide whether any payment that has been made is refundable or exchangeable for other goods.

Order Cancellation

TBM reserves the right to decide whether to refund or keep any payment as deposit for the next purchase if an order cancellation is made by the purchaser after payment is made. Any order cancellation that is made only after the product has been shipped will not be entertained. Should any order be cancelled by TBM due to stock shortage or any other reasons that may result in TBM's inability to fulfill the order, a refund will be made to the customer.

Product Return

Upon receiving the goods, any damage, incorrect delivery, product malfunction or manufacture defect to the goods must be reported within 7 days to enable TBM to take appropriate action. Each cases shall be reviewed and handled separately while TBM reserves the right to decide whether to refund, replace or claim warranty from the manufacturer. Any refund, unless found to be due to TBM's fault, will exclude delivery charges incurred. The purchaser is responsible for any costs incurred for return shipping, unless agreed to be absorbed by TBM as a gesture of goodwill. Any returned goods must be in its original condition (together with its original packaging, warranty card, user manual, accessories and any material that comes with it), or else TBM reserves the right not to accept or refund in full.

Product Warranty

TBM is not liable for the warranty of any merchandise. All goods are supplied and sold as is, unless the manufacturer, or supplier, of such goods has issued a warranty in respect of such goods. You hereby agree to look solely to such manufacturer, or supplier, for any claims related to such warranties. All warranties will be covered by the respective brand manufacturer, or supplier, of the goods; warranty period might vary according to the type of product. The original warranty card is required to be presented for any warranty claims.
