1. TBM Parent’s Day Double Happiness Shop & Win "Offer" is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.

2. The Offer is valid from 1 May – 30 June 2023 (promotion period) and applicable to TBM Outlets (refer to https://bit.ly/TBMstores) and TBM Online (refer to https://bit.ly/TBMOnline).

3. Customer who purchases selected products during the promotion period are entitled to:
(a) 10x Axtra Points* for selected brand (only for Axtra Rewards member)
(b) Free Delivery* within Klang Valley for selected Sharp products
(c) One (1) Shop & Win entry for every spend of RM2,000

(a) Only valid with the purchase at TBM outlet as listed
(b) Expiry Date: 31^stDecember 2023

13. The Contest Announcement will be made on TBM Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/tbm2u) on 10 August 2023.
14. All winners will be notified within 7 days of the announcement date via contact number/email provided.

15. All winners MUST reach out for prize collection arrangement within 7 days of the draw date by:

16. The winners may collect the prize at TBM Jalan Klang Lama (refer to https://g.page/tbm_jkl) no later than 10 September 2023.

17. Winners will be disqualified if the following situation occurred:

• Prizes that are not redeemed after 31^st August 2023 will be forfeited. No alternatives will be offered.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the draw date will be forfeited.

18. Value of the prizes may vary, TBM reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.

19. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. Winners must comply with the terms and conditions of the product suppliers of prizes.
20. TBM has the right to change the prize redemption and collection method according to public health conditions.
21. If the prizes are delivered by post or courier, the shipping cost will be borne by the winner. Be sure to provide a valid address by a certain date.
22. TBM accepts no responsibility or liability for any consequences, prize loss or damage, or failure to deliver.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

23. By participating in the Campaign, the participants (including the winners) are deemed to have consented to:

i) the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice, and/or likeness by the TBM for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.

ii) receiving promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from TBM from time to time.
