Terms & Conditions of TBM 77th Anniversary Sale & Lucky Draw

This TBM 77th Anniversary Sale ("Campaign”) is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by the terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.

By participating in the Campaign, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms applicable and available on TBM, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Eligible for both new sign-up and Axtra Rewards members.

2. With a minimum purchase of RM1,000 made from TBM during the campaign period (23rd July – 31st July 2022) is entitled to the Lucky Draw.

3. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the customer’s eligibility to participate in the Campaign. TBM further reserves the right to cancel the eligibility under this Campaign without prior notice.

PROMOTION PERIOD

4. The Campaign is valid from 23rd July – 31st August 2022 (Campaign Period) and applicable to any TBM outlet (refer to https://bit.ly/TBMstores) and TBM online store (refer to https://bit.ly/TBMOnline).

5. Customer who purchases selected products during the promotion period are entitled to:
i) Discount up to 70%

8. Participants will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw entry for every RM1,000 spent during the Campaign Period.

9. Each winner will be entitled to win only one (1) unit of the prize item.

10. The Lucky Draw Announcement will take place at TBM Tropicana Garden Mall, on 19th August 2022, 3 PM, and will be LIVE on our Facebook (refer to https://www.facebook.com/tbm2u/).

11. All winners will be notified within 7 days of the announcement date via phone number/WhatsApp provided. The Winner may collect the prize at TBM Tropicana Gardens Mall (refer to https://g.page/tbm_tgm) no later than 3rd Sept 2022.

12. Winners will be disqualified if the following situation occurred:
● Prizes that are not redeemed after 3rd Sept 2022 will be forfeited. No alternatives will be offered.
● If prizes have not been collected in the specified period or winners have not provided an address by the specified deadline (if applicable)
● If winners provided a wrong address (if applicable) and the prizes could not be delivered.
● If the winner does not respond to the phone call/WhatsApp within 7 days of the draw date will be forfeited.

13. Value of the prizes may vary, TBM reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.

14. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. Winners must comply with the terms and conditions of the product suppliers of prizes.

15. TBM has the right to change the prize redemption and collection method according to public health conditions.

16. If the prizes are delivered by post or courier, the shipping cost will be borne by the winner. Be sure to provide a valid address by a certain date.

17. TBM accepts no responsibility or liability for any consequences, prize loss or damage, or failure to deliver.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

18. By participating in the Campaign, the participants (including the winners) are deemed to have consented to:

i) the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice, and/or likeness by the TBM for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.

ii) receiving promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from TBM from time to time.
