1)     DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

  1. Delivery will be available within Klang Valley for large items subjected to the availability of transporter.
  2. Same day delivery has to be requested at the point of purchase and is subjected to the availability of transporter.
  3. Basic installation services will be provided without additional charge for most electrical appliances.
    1. All necessary settings (i.e. cabinet or wall opening, wiring or connection points, water tap) should be ready prior to installation.
    2. Installation of Air Conditioner, Ceiling Fan, Home Shower, Wall-mounted TV Bracket, Kitchen Hob or Hood which requires installation by an appointed installer will be charged separately.
    3. Any additional work or accessories (i.e. cable, power point, water tap, bracket) that are required during installation will be charged separately.
  4. Additional delivery fee may be charged for second delivery attempt.
  5. Free disposal of old electrical items will be provided but has to be requested at the point of purchase.

 

2)     PRODUCT RESERVATION

  1. Ordered items can be reserved up to TWO months. After which, we may recommend to upgrade or switch to a similar product if the ordered item(s) is no longer manufactured, or charge a specific holding fee.
  2. A minimum deposit of 30% of purchase price will be applicable. If you do not wish to proceed with the purchase, the deposit will be refunded.
  3. The following products will not be reserved:
    1. Hot selling and clearance items
    2. Small appliances
    3. Consumables

3)     CREDIT CARD POINT REDEMPTION

  1. Credit card points are earned automatically according to bank terms for any payment with a credit card.
  2. Genting Rewards points can be earned by presenting Membership card at the point of purchase.
  3. You are allowed to fully or partially redeem items with
    1. Credit card points from specific banks, or
    2. Genting Rewards points.
  4. Conversion rate of points when earning or redeeming is solely based on bank terms.

 

4)     INSTALMENT PLANS

  1. Interest-free instalment plans are available for payment with credit cards from selected banks.
  2. You are responsible to provide all necessary documentation for the application of instalment plans or personal loans from third-party financial institutions.
  3. The application of instalment plans or personal loans is subjected to the procedures, requirements, terms and conditions set by respective financing institutions. The approval of such applications is based on the sole discretion of the financing institutions.

 

5)     EXTENDED WARRANTY

  1. You may extend the warranty of products from selected categories for up to 5 years at the point of purchase.
  2. You may choose to add an
    1. Extended Warranty (up to 5 years), or
    2. All risk insurance
    to your product from selected categories.
  3. Original purchase receipt and Certificate of Extended Warranty must be presented for any claims or repair services. Kindly visit or contact our outlets for assistance.

 

6)     PRODUCT EXCHANGE

  1. Products can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase ONLY IF it is in complete and brand new condition (with its original packaging, accessories, user manual and warranty card). All free gifts and vouchers associated with the purchased must also be returned.
  2. Original purchase receipt must be presented at the point of exchange. Only one exchange is allowed per purchase unless the exchanged product is faulty.
  3. Delivery charges may apply for exchange that requires additional delivery services.
  4. The following products are not exchangeable
    1. Once used: All electrical appliances (including, but not limited to, kitchen, beauty & healthcare, digital, home appliances), I.T. and telecommunication products, and Consumables.
    2. Once installed: Air conditioner, Wall-mounted TV, Built-in appliances, Accessories and Consumables.
    3. Once sold: Display set

 

REFUND

  1. All refund or cancellation will be made in the following forms:
    1. Credit Card Payment: Cancellation of credit card transaction.
    2. Other payment methods with amount of RM500 or less: Refund by cash.
    3. Other payment methods with amount above RM500: Refund by cheque.
  2. Refund or cancellation of order is not applicable to special orders and display sets.
  3. Delivery and installation charges are not refundable if the service has taken place.
  4. Terms and conditions pertaining to Product Exchange are applicable.

 

7)     ACCESSORIES AND SPARE PARTS

  1. The availability and lead time to deliver specific accessories and spare parts is subjected to its supply in the market and by the manufacturer.
  2. You are required to provide the exact brand and model of the product in order to obtain the correct parts. It is strongly recommended to show the actual part to be replaced, if possible, in order to ensure that the correct accessories or spare part is being ordered.
  3. Special orders of accessories and spare parts is not allowed to be cancelled, returned or refunded.
